In the event that We are required by a court or other competent administrative authority pursuant to an investigation relating to unlawful activities such as money laundering, or in any other case where We are legally bound to do so, the Company may transfer Your Personal Data to public authorities to the extent specified by applicable law.

Under the Curaçao National Ordinance Personal Data Protection (LBP), you possess the following explicit statutory rights:

Right to Rectification, Addition, and Erasure: You have the right to request that the Company correct, complement, or delete your personal data if the data is factually incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant to the purpose for which it was gathered.

Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on serious personal grounds justified by your specific situation. Furthermore, you may object to data processing designated for direct marketing purposes at any time, free of charge.

We will respond to any of Your valid statutory requests within four (4) weeks of receipt, as mandated by the LBP. If a request is rejected, We will provide a relevant legal and operational justification in writing.

If Your request does not meet the clear requirements of applicable law, We reserve the right either to: (a) impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information, or (b) reject Your request. If there are doubts as to the true identity of the individual submitting the request, We reserve the right to request additional information necessary to confirm identity before releasing data.

If Your statutory privacy rights are infringed, You have the right to file an official complaint with the Curaçao Personal Data Protection Committee (College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens), as soon as such is installed in accordance with the relevant regulations.
